The Ostomy Supply Closet provides supplies free of charge to anyone with an ostomy that has a need due to lack of insurance coverage, financial hardship or is in need of emergency supplies.  The program is totally dependent on donations for these critical supplies, and reliant on financial support from generous donors.  If you have extra, unneeded supplies, please consider donating them to the Ostomy Supply Closet.   Those who benefit from this program greatly appreciate the much needed help.

Supply Donation Guidelines:

• We can only accept ostomy supplies and ostomy accessories.

• Items need to be in their original boxes or in plastic bags.

 

Cash/Check donations for the support of the supply closet are also accepted. 

Make checks payable to GEOSG.  501(c)(3)  Donation receipts are available upon request.

 

The Ostomy Supply Closet is maintained & supported by two local ostomy support groups:
